Living in one place for years can get boring and make you want to move, but we all know this economy does not encourage that.

So, the best thing is to simply remodel your home and have it looking so amazing that you forget how long you have lived there.

In light of this, here are seven easy, cheap ways to have your home looking pretty.

1. Paint your front door, and get new bulb(s): The entrance of your home is the first thing you see. Thus, it only makes sense that this is where the remodelling starts. Changing the paint, or bulbs will make your home’s exterior look different and make you feel like you are entering a new place. You can also remove the weeds.

2. Get a a new coat of paint for the living room: Just like the exterior, doing this is guaranteed to give you a totally different space. Choose colours that reflect so that it feels spacious. You can also rearrange the furniture, this will trick your mind into thinking that you have bought a new property.

3. Renovate the kitchen: According toZillowblog, the kitchen is one of the most used rooms in a home. So, it is important not to leave it out of the remodelling. Since, we are remodelling on a budget, you can also switch your appliances around. Then,  you can also repaint it, and get new, inexpensive utensils. Cleaning it properly will also make it feel new.

4. Bring out some bedsheets, pillowcases that you have not used in years, move your bed, change your curtains, change how you arrange your clothes and shoes: All of these should transform your bedroom. You can also get fancy wallpapers.

5. Get new shower curtain and towels. You can also rearrange your toiletries.
