APPLYING SKIN EXFOLIATION

This method removes dead pigment from your skin and promotes the growth of new ones. Half cup of rice flour (grounded rice will work as well) half cup of mashed ripe pawpaw and half slice of lime. Wash your face with water and gently apply it on your face and neck. Massaging it inside your skin with your fingertips. Rinse with water after fifteen minutes. For best result, repeat this twice a week.

TOMATO AND LEMON PASTE

Ground a tomato fruit to form a paste and add one tablespoon of lemon. Apply to your face and leave it for twenty minutes after which you should wash with slightly cold water. Doing this for fifteen days would show you a difference.

ALOE VERA

This has a healing effect on a burnt skin. It also contains a compound called anthraquinone that removes the top layer of the skin, hence lighten the skin. Let it dry for twenty minutes, and then you can decide to either rinse it off or leave it that way and enjoy your day.

YOGURT

It contains lactic acid, which is an effective skin-whitening agent. It also makes skin glow and soft.  Regular use of yogurt prevents your skin from sunrays and infections.

LEMON

You can give your face a wash or exfoliate with this fruit. Squeeze a lemon in a bowl and apply to the face with cotton ball. It is a natural bleaching agent and contributes to skin tone.

PAWPAW

It is the best to be used as facemask for getting lighter.  It eliminates the dead skin cell and repair skin to get glow. Apply the pulp on the face and you can add drop of milk before applying.  Gently apply and leave it for ten minutes after which you wash off.
